Perhaps Guido Van Rossum's legacy is not the creation of celebrated and equally hated Python Programming language. It is his steady fast adherence to the three great virtues of a programmer: laziness, impatience, and hubris. Rossum talks about the history of python programming language design and implementation in this lecture. A must watch even if you don't use Python.
